 Translation:

When the public transportation units called tuktuk’s in India started to discharge so much carbondioxide that the people’s health started to suffer, A project was started in a technical university near the Hague in Holland. Its aim is to develop a kit which will make the tuktuk’s hybrid and by that increase its fuel efficiency and reduce the CO2 emission. We went there to take a look at this project.

An Indian student and a someone from the organisation welcome as at the door and start telling: There are over 5 million tuktuk’s in India. The kit wihich is being developped is going to be selled for approx. 300 euros and will reduce the fuel usage and emissions by 50%.
